    Fractal River is a consulting firm that helps growth-stage startups scale faster. It does so by working hands-on with the startups to build the technical and operational infrastructure they need to scale, while at the same time transferring knowledge and helping them develop their own internal capabilities.

    Our Revenue Operations practice helps companies design and implement processes across the customer journey including Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Support, and Customer Success. To do so, we typically configure and set up a variety of systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZenDesk.

    We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our team and help set up the Salesforce CRM platforms of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in both administration and development of Salesforce and will be responsible for the following:

    • Setting up client Salesforce environments
    • Customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet their business needs
    • Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, formulas, and Visualforce pages
    • Providing training and support to users of the Salesforce platform
    • Collaborating with other teams to ensure data integrity and efficient use of the Salesforce platform
    • Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and making recommendations for improvements
    • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues that arise
    • Collaborate with other teams to develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce administration and development
    • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration
    • Experience with data migration and integration
    • Strong understanding of data management, business processes and workflows
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
