We are looking for a Fractional CMO / Senior Marketing Leader to come in part-time and raise the bar—providing strategic direction, tightening systems, cleaning up campaigns, and guiding the team with higher-level experience.

Mentor team leads without micromanaging
Systems, Reporting & Accountability
Help define clear reporting dashboards and performance reviews

Create feedback loops between marketing, sales, and operations
What This Role Is NOT
Not a hands-on media buyer
Not a graphic designer or content writer
Not a day-to-day task manager
Not an agency retainer model
This role exists to think, guide, review, and optimize—not to execute every task.
Required Experience
Proven experience as a CMO, Marketing Director, or Senior Digital Marketing Leader
Strong command of Google Ads (non-negotiable)
Solid understanding of SEO, paid social, and lead generation funnels
Experience working with contracting, home services, trades, or local services businesses (highly preferred)
Experience leading or overseeing remote or virtual marketing teams
Ability to simplify complexity and focus teams on what actually drives results
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has worked with small to mid-sized service businesses ($1M–$10M+ range)
Comfortable stepping into imperfect systems and improving them
Strategic thinker who is still practical and ROI-driven

Understands local lead gen, urgency-based buyers, and competitive markets
Expected Monthly Impact
Within the first 30–90 days, this person should:
Clarify and tighten the digital marketing strategy
Improve performance consistency across channels
Create better alignment between SEO, PPC, and social
Increase team efficiency and confidence
Reduce wasted ad spend and sharpen lead quality
Why This Role Exists
We don’t need more hands—we need better direction.
This role is for someone who enjoys stepping in fractionally, making teams smarter, and helping a company level up its digital presence without taking over execution.
Flexible work from home options available.
