This is not a full-time position. 15–20 hrs/week, 1099, $50–75/hr, flexible schedule. Built for a semi-retired or consulting estimator.

Task Force Contractors is an SDVOSB prime contractor working Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, and two VA campuses. We self-perform CSI Div 5–9 with W-2 crews and hold multiple prime IDIQ/SABER contracts.

You'll own: SABER/JOC task order estimates ($20K–$150K, fast turn) and project-scale VA/Air Force bids (to seven figures). Takeoff, sub solicitation and leveling, scope-gap identification, buyout support. Our estimating rules and unit-cost structure already exist — you run them, you don't build them.

Requirements: 15+ years commercial/federal estimating · federal agency experience (USACE, NAVFAC, AF, or VA) · CSI Div 5–9 · digital takeoff · located in the Florida Panhandle · valid driver's license · able to pass background check and obtain base/VA access · no conflicting engagement with a Panhandle federal competitor.
