    About the Role

    Binyod LLC is looking for a hands-on Head of Sales (Fractional) to help structure and scale our sales operations.

    We specialize in low-voltage systems including structured cabling, AV, and security solutions. We have strong technical capabilities and are now focused on building a more structured and scalable sales process.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving, and leading sales operations in a practical, hands-on environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead and support a team of Account Managers

    Establish and improve sales processes and workflows

    Drive pipeline growth and deal progression

    Coordinate with technical teams on estimates, scope, and proposals

    Improve consistency in quoting, pricing, and project handoff

    Implement basic KPI tracking and reporting

    What We’re Looking For

    7+ years of experience in B2B sales or sales leadership

    Experience in one or more of the following:

    Low-voltage systems (cabling, AV, security)

    IT services / networking

    Technical solution sales

    Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding project scope

    Hands-on approach (not just strategy)

    Experience improving or building sales processes is a strong plus

    Nice to Have

    Experience with schools, public sector, or construction-related sales

    Background in both sales and pre-sales / solution engineering

    Work Structure

    20–30 hours per week

    Flexible schedule on-site collaboration

    60–90-day engagement with potential extension

    Compensation

    Monthly retainer based on experience
