National Real Estate Management Group is looking for a dependable, hands-on Fractional Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential and commercial properties. This role is perfect for an experienced maintenance professional seeking flexible, part-time work.

What You'll Do

Complete general maintenance and repair work

Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues

Perform drywall, painting, carpentry, and fixture repairs

Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections

Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Coordinate with vendors when specialized repairs are needed

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

3+ years of maintenance or handyman experience

Experience with residential or commercial properties preferred

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs

Self-starter who can work independently

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must have your own basic tools
