    KPS Global is seeking a motivated and eager IT Intern to join our team. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology while supporting our organization's IT infrastructure and operations.     Required Skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications
    • Aid in the setup and deployment of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment
    • Monitor and respond to help desk inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Perform routine system updates and patches under the guidance of senior IT staff
    • Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
    • Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
    • Assist in inventory management of IT assets and equipment
    • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous learning and development

    Required Experience

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software applications
    • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
    • Prior experience with IT support or related internships is advantageous but not required.
