Avid Solutions is looking for a Team Leader in our Raleigh Office to be a part of the Hybrid Industries team. We are looking for someone who will be in charge for managing a group of professional consultants to be responsible for their development and success. You will also provide billable support to projects where required and fill gaps in project coverage.

On a typical day you will:

• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
• Provide the team with a clarity on the company vision and strategy
• Hold the team accountable to company goals and work toward driving results
• Lead by example, provide guidance and give feedback in an effective and timely manner
• Focus on setting clear performance objectives and expectations using results, actions and behaviors
• Work cross-functionally with project teams to ensure utilization and development of resources
• Evaluate resources utilizing feedback from matrix management structure
• Responsible for coaching, mentoring and assessing performance

Required Skills

• BS in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/Chemical/Software preferred)
• MBA preferred
• At least 3 or more years of People management and leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong ability to influence, develop and mentor
• Knowledgeable in the Industrial Automation Industry OR System integration business
• Experience working in the hybrid-based industries (Life Science, Biotech, Consumer Packaged Goods, Food and Beverage)

This is a full-time position. We offer our Team leaders a base salary, an incentive program and a full benefit package. Generous relocation assistance is also provided for this role.
