GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for the sales, service and implementation of the Bank’s treasury management products by acting as a product partner to the account managers in cross selling TM products and services to existing clients as well as to prospective clients. Prepare sales proposals and pricing analysis. Maintain the XAA system. Be an effective and impactful agent of change for TM within the bank.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES OF TREASURY MANAGEMENT (TM) PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
- Product partner to work with Bankers in meeting TM fee revenue goals
- Prepare sales proposals and pricing analysis for clients/prospects
- Able to sell to C-suite executives
- Demonstrate ability to identify targeted company needs and the ability to offer customized client solutions while overcoming objections
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within the Bank’s client portfolio
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Maintain the XAA system
- Administer BEB services by establishing new features, setting up new profiles and maintain system upgrades
- Review of XAA annual pricing exceptions and seek to eliminate as many as possible
- Communicate with clients on issues with FIS and/or product support
- Provide detailed training to Bankers on TM products and procedures and account opening procedures
- Become product expert and manager on assigned products
PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION
- Be able to set up and provide training and support for all TM products
- Collect appropriate documentation from customers and draft TM agreements
- Ensure proper approval for any price exceptions prior to drafting agreements
- Point person for product implementation
- Point of contact for existing clients on TM product issues
EXPECTATIONS:
- Develop an in depth understanding of TM products and services offered by RBC
- Work with Bankers on Treasury Management cross-selling opportunities and follow the sale to completion
- Assist with monitoring account analysis waiver activity
- Assist with developing new products and services as needed
- Review and analyze costs associated with new product implementation
- Complete mandatory compliance training within specified deadlines
- Special projects as assigned

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred 5 years of experience in Treasury Management within a bank
