We are seeking a skilled Frame Carpenter to join our dynamic team in Mobile, AL. As a Frame Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in constructing and installing the framework for residential and commercial buildings. Responsibilities

• Construct and install wooden frameworks for walls, floors, and roofs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Ensure all framing is level, square, and plumb according to building codes.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform repairs and renovations as needed, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Frame Carpenter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
