We’re a hands-on framing crew looking for hard-working individuals to join the team. Whether you’re an experienced carpenter or just getting started, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber for framing walls, roofs, and floors
• Work with hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills, etc.)
• Follow safety standards and building codes
• Keep tools and work areas clean and safe
• Work closely with other tradespeople

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical work
• Basic hand tools (or willing to get them)
• Familiarity with framing or construction is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Shows up on time and ready to go
