    Framesi North America is looking to add an Elite Customer Coordinator and Sales Assistant to our organization. Reporting to the Customer Service and New Door Education Manager, the Elite Customer Coordinator and Sales Assistant serves as a strategic Elite customer service leader and will be responsible for the implementation and communication of the Company salon rewards program (Elite). The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our reward program and customer service have an impact on the long and short term performance on the sales goals of the Company. This position will also provide all administrative duties to the Sales Department.

    Following are the primary responsibilities of this position:

    1. Responding to Elite customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
    2. Provides strategic and operational leadership in the administration and communication of our Elite Salon Program and the supporting policies and procedures.
    3. Ensure Elite is on schedule, including Salon Rewards processing and all reporting tasks.
    4. Prepare and deliver Elite Up/Down report for all field staff for follow-up.
    5. Oversee the management of our Elite salon customer relationships.
    6. Drafts written communication and enrollment materials for all Elite customers.
    7. Administrative support to the Field Sales team.
    8. Administrative support to the company management team as needed.
    9. Maintain and distribute field staff weekly activity reports.
    10. Create Excel reports as needed for projects.
    11. Communications to send out to the field.
    12. Mailings for new collateral, new product launches, and meetings.
    13. Order all supplies as needed for all Sales events.
    14. Daily eCommerce order entry and coordination with warehouse for shipping.
    15. Serve as backup to order entry, invoicing, and provide department coverage as directed by Customer Service and New Door Education Manager.

    Very strong skills with Microsoft Excel, Peachtree/Sage 50, NetSuite, customer service experience.
