    Location: Wildwood, FL

    Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm

    Salary: 60K – 85K

    Summary:

    Framework Construction, LLC is the in-house general contracting department of Framework Group, LLC, a multi-family real estate development firm based in Tampa, FL. Framework Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a 200-unit apartment development located in Wildwood, FL. The Assistant Superintendent will be required to work from the development site, reporting on weekdays at 7:00am, and occasionally work on Saturdays.

    Reporting directly to the Lead Superintendent and will provide support in managing all on-site construction activities for a multi-family development ranging from 100-300 units with budgets of $20 to $100 million, including:

    · Site logistics

    · Scheduling and managing all materials, manpower, and equipment needs to conduct work on-site

    · Interfacing with the Project Manager to develop and continually drive the project schedule as needed

    · Supporting the Lead Superintendent with scheduling and managing permitting and inspection requirements

    · Coordinating and assisting the Lead Superintendent in leading recurring Subcontractor and Safety Meetings

    · Managing project safety requirements

    · Quality control

    · Ensuring adherence to contract drawing and specifications, and processes such as RFIs, design team inspections and corrections as needed

    · Interfacing with the Development and Design Teams as needed

    · Managing project turnover, phased occupancy, and closeout

    · Managing warranty requirements

    Requirements:

    · Minimum 3 -5 years of managing multi-family construction projects, including wood-frame construction

    · Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related field preferred

    · Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office programs

    · Proven track record of successful project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management

    · Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

    · Exceptional appetite for problem-solving and collaboration
