    CLIENT SERVICE/NEW BUSINESS ASSOCIATE, LIFE INSURANCE

    Full Time, Fully Remote

    Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience

    As the Client Service & New Accounts Associate you will represent Framework as the premier life insurance provider in Los Angeles. This vital position reports to the Managing Partner and coordinates with our advisors and clients to provide administrative support and facilitate the purchase and service of life, disability, and long-term care insurance and annuities.

    Your ability to establish positive working relationships as well as commitment to the highest level of professional service and confidentiality are keys to your success in this role. Critical to this success would be your enthusiasm, and positive attitude, along with your proactive nature, organizational skills and attention to detail!

    This position is considered fully remote/work from home. The company will provide a company-owned laptop and reimburse for necessary pre-authorized home office expenses. Occasional (company paid) travel to the company’s office would be required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collect and maintain database of clients' personal profile information and existing coverage
    • Assist and facilitate the preparation, validation, and submission of new applications to carriers on behalf of clients
    • Order and track attending physician statements, medical exams and inspection reports
    • Follow up with carriers for status on active cases
    • Track delivery requirements and prepare policy documents for delivery
    • Accurately and efficiently complete inbound client service requests
    • Proactively provide advisors and team members with administrative reports for conversions, policy anniversaries, performance analysis and additional reports as needed
    • Miscellaneous special projects as assigned or determined necessary

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years’ service experience in the life insurance industry
    • Min of 3 years’ experience in a Windows (PC) environment with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Min 2 years’ experience/proficiency in using CRM software in a Financial Services Industry setting (SmartOffice CRM experience a plus)
    • Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with personable and engaging style
    • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks efficiently
    • Ability to use appropriate discretion with sensitive and highly confidential data
    • Work well independently and make a positive contribution to a team of professionals
    • Tech savvy and familiar with or able to quickly learn DocuSign, File Sharing platform, and additional software applications as needed
    • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with travel to the company’s office (based in Los Angeles), as needed. Travel expenses will be paid by the company.
