    We are looking for you in our downtown Cincinnati office – an organized detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.

    Job Summary: The Process Specialist facilitates the review of promotional and/or medical materials for pharmaceutical clients. Responsibilities include document trafficking, meeting facilitation, creation of electronic work orders and process management. Upon successful completion of onboarding and training, the Process Specialist roles and responsibilities are defined as follows.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    Process documents from job initiation to final review including all project tracking/documentation,

    Provide document trafficking, data entry and other administrative tasks,

    Support the client team(s) by creating electronic work orders through proprietary software,

    Facilitate project logistics such as meetings, document submissions and conference calls,

    Demonstrate a high level of understanding of client SOPs and software,

    Identify process improvements,

    Practice integrity, reliability and confidentiality in all business transactions,

    Project a positive company image at all times,

    Work with co-workers as a team to ensure success, and

    Other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills,

    Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities

    Competent in MS Office Suite, WebEx (or similar) services, efficient in email/internet applications,

    Superior attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments

    Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills

    Proven oral and written skills required, and

    The ability to travel and work on-site for extended periods of time.

    Employment Criteria:

    Bachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant work experience, and

    Background check and drug screen.
