We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented sales administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong background in sales administration.
Responsibilities
· Preparation and delivery of RFPs, proposals, MSAs, and SOWs
· Compiling supporting documentation and coordinating with other departments as needed
· Manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer data in our CRM system
· Process sales orders accurately and timely
· Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
· Work closely with division heads and Marketing to maintain sales decks
· Assist with organizing and staffing conferences and trade-shows
· Prepare and distribute reports to the sales and management team as needed
· Coordinate with other departments, such as Marketing and Finance, to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations
· Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support to sales team and department heads as needed
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
· At least 3 years of experience in sales administration or related field
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Superior attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Helpful Skills
· Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
· Project management

Salary: DOE $65,000- $75,000 Job Type: Full-time
