    Job Title: Franchise Business Coach

    Directly Reports to: Franchise Field Operations Manager

    Department Reports to: Vice President of Franchise Operations

    Location: Remote (Anywhere in the United States with ability to travel to states within assigned region)

    FLSA Classification: Full-time; Exempt

    Position Summary: MY SALON Suite Franchise Business Coach (FBC) serves as the primary point of contact and advisor for a region of Franchise Partners with Suite Management Franchising (SMF). The FBC partners with franchisees to understand current performance, establish goals or business plans, and determine strategies that drive results. The FBC plays a key role in achieving departmental goals to support the organization's mission and strategic priorities - ensuring the successful opening of new locations, meeting at or above standards, and driving overall business performance at existing stores. Through a combination of financial, operational, sales, and marketing support, the FBC serves as a brand ambassador for SMF in the field, working closely with Franchise Partners and their Members to inspire and motivate them toward sustained success.

    MY SALON Suite is hiring for a Franchise Business Coach in the Northeast Region.

    It is preferred that the FBC lives in their region, but it is not required. We encourage all interested applicants to apply.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain business relationships with Franchise Partners.

    Have regular and effective communication with your portfolio of locations, including but not limited to:

    Emails (mass and individual)

    Phone calls (individual and group)

    Regional meetings

    Location visits, prioritizing Grand Openings, red and yellow scorecard locations, and pending refresh locations.

    Follow up with Franchisee requests and commitments in a timely manner.

    Visit each location following the company guidelines.

    Teach best practices as deemed by Suite Management Franchising.

    Oversee the pre-opening process from a marketing and operations perspective.

    Host group and individual support calls.

    Manage the SMF and Franchise Partners Marketing Roles & Responsibilities.

    Lead franchisee training, both initial and continuing education training.

    Analyze store KPIs to customize and guide individualized support of each store in key areas of business.

    Develop action plans for growth/growth initiatives to improve location occupancy.

    Provide support for all daily operations of franchised locations, including but not limited to:

    Accessing and using web portals, systems, and accounts

    Accessing and using SalesForce

    Implementing marketing strategies

    Meeting sales conversion rates and occupancy benchmarks

    Managing Member relations

    Participating in marketing and community events, including fundraising efforts

    Manage relationships with third-party vendors.

    Edit and maintain company training materials as requested.

    Provide reports/updates to leadership, as requested.

    Participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of the annual owners’ conference.

    Assist with the onboarding of future operations team members.

    Manage the daily operations of any corporately owned stores, as requested.

    Post and maintain a Google Workspace calendar; keep it updated weekly with travel and location visit commitments.

    Collaborate with and support all internal SMF teams.

    Conduct any other tasks as assigned.

    Essential Skills & Requirements

    Ability to travel within the designated region, to Corporate Headquarters, to corporate locations, as well as any other location as needed

    Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

    Ability to multi-task and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment

    Strong attention to detail, takes initiative, and is proactive in all aspects of communication follow-up and follow-through

    Commitment to company values, culture, and leadership style

    Advanced comfort with technology and software tools

    Time Management and project management skills are critical

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent

    A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a support/coaching role

    Experience in a support capacity preferred

    Strong Skills in Google WorkspaceSuite preferred

    Experience in SalesForce preferred

    Supervisory Responsibility

    As part of a team, this person manages projects and may coordinate other participants’ involvement, but does not supervise other team members.

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, phones, and video conferencing.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to walk, talk, see and hear. And lift up to 20 pounds.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time remote position, including eight hours of work per day, Monday through Friday, working flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand, as directed by your manager.

    Travel

    Travel is estimated at 30% travel primarily visiting locations, attending annual conventions, training sessions, and other events, as determined by the Franchise Field Operations Manager. Additional travel may periodically occur as needed for special projects, offsite meetings, and continued educational opportunities.
