    What you’ll do:

    As a Franchise Business Coach, you’ll be the driving force behind franchise success—guiding and supporting franchise owners to maximize growth and operational excellence. By overseeing a portfolio of franchisees, you’ll serve as their coach, advocate, and strategic partner, helping them achieve both business and brand goals.

    You’ll provide leadership in revenue, operations, and marketing, while ensuring each location aligns with TBK’s vision, mission, core values, and brand standards. This role requires a willingness and ability to travel at least 75% of the time across your assigned region.

    Key Responsibilities

    Franchisee Support & Coaching

    Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchise owners.

    Provide coaching, training, and feedback to help franchisees set and achieve revenue, operational, and marketing goals.

    Support franchise owners in creating and adjusting annual budgets, action plans, and business strategies.

    Analyze KPIs and financial data to guide franchisees in improving performance.

    Operational Excellence

    Conduct regular site visits and Quality Assurance Audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and health regulations.

    Partner with franchisees to improve guest service, staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.

    Assist new franchisees through pre-opening checklists (staffing, scheduling, sourcing, etc.) and ensure successful store launches.

    Communication & Liaison

    Act as the primary point of contact between franchisees and the corporate office.

    Ensure timely responses to franchisee inquiries (within 24 hours).

    Work cross-functionally with HQ departments to resolve franchisee issues and provide system-wide support.

    Facilitate calls, webinars, and best practice sharing across the franchise network.

    Marketing & Community Engagement

    Support franchise owners in developing and executing local marketing plans.

    Provide creative ideas to enhance lead generation, brand visibility, and community involvement.

    Ensure franchisees understand and align with regional/national marketing campaigns.

    Training & Development

    Provide input to the Training Department on resources and programs needed by franchisees.

    Deliver operational and leadership coaching to drive continuous improvement.

    Support the rollout of recognition and rewards programs that boost franchisee engagement and morale.

    Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

    Help franchisees address guest or employee concerns with effective action plans.

    Recommend policies, processes, or systems that improve efficiency and profitability.

    Serve on committees or project teams as assigned to advance franchise system initiatives.

    What You Bring

    Experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit management.

    Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze KPIs and financials.

    Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.

    High integrity and ability to model brand values in all interactions.

    Willingness and ability to travel 75%+ within the assigned territory
