    Job Title: BODYROK Franchise Coordinator

    Location: Hybrid – remote and in studio

    Position Overview

    The Franchise Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations and development of the assigned BODYROK franchise owners. This role serves as a key point of contact for franchise owners, ensuring compliance with brand standards, supporting studio openings, and coordinating communication, training, and operational resources between corporate teams and franchisees.

    Key Responsibilities

    Franchisee Support & Communication

    Serve as a primary liaison for franchise owners, responding to operational questions and requests

    Coordinate and track franchisee KPI’s, communications, announcements, and system updates

    Support franchisees throughout the development and studio opening process

    Schedule and host weekly check-in calls (pre-opening) and weekly KPI calls (post-opening) with assigned franchisees

    Be prepared to make recommendations based on results

    Provide weekly franchisee updates to the BODYROK corporate team

    Development & Opening Coordination

    Track development and status of franchise owners via internal checklists and checklists assigned to the franchisees

    Coordinate training, equipment orders, vendor timelines, and all other pre-opening requirements

    Flag delays or compliance concerns and escalate as needed

    Brand Standards & Compliance

    Monitor franchisee compliance with required vendors, operational standards, opening schedules, and the required number of instructors

    Maintain accurate franchise records, files, and development trackers (checklists)

    Assist with compliance and outstanding notices, reminders, and follow-ups

    Training & Operations Support

    Coordinate training schedules and certification requirements for owners and their staff

    Lead assigned instructor trainings and coordinate post-training workshops

    Conduct post-opening studio visits and audits

    Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in franchise operations, fitness/hospitality operations, or administrative coordination

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Comfortable working with contracts, timelines, and operational requirements

    Travel and the ability to work some weekends are required

    There is no additional pay for weekends worked

    Candidate must be based in Chicago
