This leadership role is responsible for sales and franchise development to achieve company goals and objectives. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will work closely with the CEO to identify qualified prospects who are interested in owning and operating their own education franchise. Strong sales and organizational skills required. Candidates should be capable of conducting ongoing conversations while managing the onboarding process. This includes hosting Discovery Day introductory meetings onsite in our corporate location. This individual will also collaborate with the CEO in areas such as real estate site selection, design, construction, and finance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales & Lead Generation
Identify, attract, and qualify potential franchise candidates through proactive outreach, marketing campaigns, and networking.
Manage the entire franchise sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry through franchise agreement execution.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet or exceed franchise sales goals as established by the CEO.
Franchise Candidate Engagement
Conduct initial and ongoing conversations with prospects to assess their qualifications and alignment with the brand's values.
Guide candidates through the exploratory process, which includes franchise overview presentations, Q&A sessions, and in-depth discussions about the opportunity.
Discovery Day Management
Plan, organize, and host Discovery Day events at the corporate headquarters to provide prospects with in-depth insight into the brand, operations, and leadership team.
Facilitate presentations and one-on-one meetings between prospects and key company leaders during Discovery Day.
Real Estate & Site Development
Assist franchisees and the CEO in evaluating and selecting suitable real estate locations based on market research and brand criteria.
Collaborate with real estate brokers, landlords, and franchisees to secure leases or purchases.
Franchise Finance Support
Coordinate with lenders and financial partners to assist franchisees in securing necessary funding for franchise development.
Guide business planning, pro forma financial modeling, and economic modeling as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of franchise development initiatives.
Provide regular updates to the CEO on development pipeline status, candidate progress, and project milestones.
Market Expansion Strategy
Assist the CEO in identifying target markets for expansion and contribute to the strategic planning of franchise growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demographic data to support development decisions.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with all relevant franchise laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD).
Maintain accurate records of all franchise candidate communications and development activities in the CRM system.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably franchise, including multi-unit sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Must be based in the East Coast region (VA, DC, NC, SC, GA, PA, MD, DE, OH, WV, KY, TN, IN).
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and account management skills.
Ability to develop and manage CRM systems.

Sales Presentation: Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our brand. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our brand effectively.
Sales Reporting: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
