Position Overview
We are adding a second Franchise Development Manager to support strong inbound demand across our brands. This is a high-impact, high-earning role for a consultative closer who can confidently guide qualified candidates through the full franchise decision process.
You will manage your own pipeline from first conversation through signed agreement and partner closely with our existing Development Manager to ensure a strong candidate experience. Periodic travel for broker conferences, regional events, and Discovery Days is required.
This role is ideal for someone who values structure, follow-through, and meaningful upside, and wants to work within a professional, well-run organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full pipeline of franchise candidates from inquiry to signed agreement
Conduct discovery calls and present the franchise model, investment, and growth opportunity
Guide candidates through FDD review, validation, and Discovery Day preparation
Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the sales process
Manage organic and broker-referred leads
Serve as a point of contact for broker partners and attend select industry events
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Training, Finance, and Legal teams
Maintain accurate CRM activity, reporting, and forecasting
Contribute to improving conversion rates, candidate experience, and franchise quality
Compensation
Base salary range: $50,000 to $65,000
Competitive commission on closed territories, typically 15+%, with higher earnings tied to organic opportunities
Strong on-target earnings with uncapped upside

Experience & Skills
Experience in franchise development, business development, or high-ticket consultative sales
Strong financial literacy and comfort discussing investment structure and returns
Experience working with franchise brokers preferred
CRM proficiency and strong organizational discipline
Ability to manage high lead volume while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Location & Availability
Based in or willing to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
Willing to travel periodically for conferences and Discovery Days
