Role: Franchise Sales Professional
Location:600 Getty Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011 (in-person) Compensation: Salary$50K–$80K + commissions on franchise sales Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour day shifts
Purpose of Role:
Sell Realty ONE Group franchises in NJ.
Support franchisees in operations, compliance, and growth.
Promote and extend the brand across the state.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners/operators in NJ.
Drive franchise sales and recruit new franchisees.
Ensure franchise compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Evaluate franchise performance using KPIs and implement growth strategies.
Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts across franchises.
Conduct site visits or virtual meetings to monitor operations.
Resolve operational issues, mediate conflicts, and support franchise problem-solving.
Identify new market opportunities and assist in franchise development.
Collaborate with Marketing, Executive Admin, and Recruiting teams.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple franchise relationships.
Experience in franchise management (real estate experience preferred).
Strong understanding of real estate operations and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
