We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Franchise Sales Assistant to support our franchise development team. This role involves assisting with lead generation, coordinating communication with potential franchisees, managing sales documentation, and helping streamline the onboarding process. Responsibilities: • Support the franchise sales team with lead management and follow-up communications • Schedule and coordinate sales calls, discovery days, and meetings with prospects • Maintain and organize sales documents , applications, and franchise disclosure materials • Assist with CRM data entry, tracking sales pipeline activity, and preparing reports • Coordinate with marketing to distribute promotional materials and campaigns • Help onboard new franchisees by guiding them through the documentation and approval process • Provide administrative support to the Franchise Development Manager or Director Qualifications: • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus, but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft or Google Office tools • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision • A positive attitude and willingness to learn the franchise sales process Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
