As we scale nationally, we are building a high-performing franchise development team grounded in passion, purpose, and performance.

    We are looking for a Franchise Sales Discovery Specialist to own the front end of our franchise candidate pipeline. This person will be the first voice potential franchisees hear—and their ability to build relationships, qualify effectively, and live our brand values is critical to our growth.

    Position Summary

    The Franchise Sales Qualifier is responsible for managing initial inquiries, conducting first-touch discovery calls, qualifying leads to enter our franchise development process and managing all territory check requests from our consultant and broker networks. They will be instrumental in creating a positive candidate experience from the first conversation, ensuring prospects are aligned with our brand, values, and financial requirements.

    This role requires tenacity, emotional intelligence, organization, and a deep enthusiasm for health, wellness, and franchise ownership. You’ll need to know how to listen deeply, ask smart questions, document clearly, and follow up relentlessly—all while keeping the CRM squeaky clean and up to date.

    Key Responsibilities

    Candidate Engagement & Qualification

    Conduct 15 minute qualifying calls using pre-approved script and move to approved or not approved stage

    Conduct 30 minute discovery calls using a pre-approved call script and pitch deck

    Qualify candidates based on brand fit, financial readiness, territory interest, and ownership goals

    Set clear expectations and guide qualified leads into the next step of the franchise development process

    Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective franchisees through thoughtful follow-up

    Serve as the primary point of contact for territory check requests from broker and consultant groups

    Respond quickly and accurately to territory inquiries, verifying availability in internal systems and mapping tools

    Lead Management & Pipeline Coordination

    Manage and track all leads in the CRM (e.g., Zoho One), updating contact records, call notes, next steps, and lead stages

    Re-engage cold or inactive leads to restart the conversation

    Communicate consistently with the Chief Development Off icer and broader sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-through

    Support the marketing team by providing feedback on lead quality and trends from initial calls

    Systems & Process Ownership

    Maintain detailed and accurate records of every call, contact, and follow-up in the CRM

    Use mapping and territory review tools to check territory availability and discuss opportunities during calls

    Track call metrics, lead conversion rates, and discovery-to-deal timelines to inform sales strategy

    Help improve our lead intake and qualification process as we grow

    What Success Looks Like

    High call volume with high-quality interactions

    Consistent movement of qualified leads into the formal franchise process

    Accurate CRM data with clear notes and follow-up activity

    A candidate experience that reflects our values and leaves people excited, whether they move forward or not

    Required Qualifications

    2+ years in franchise development, sales development, inside sales, or customer success

    Proven success in conducting discovery or qualification calls in a fast-paced environment

    Strong understanding of CRM platforms and lead management best practices

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—this is a people-first role

    Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through

    Passion for wellness, franchising, and empowering entrepreneurs

    Comfortable working independently, but collaborative with a cross-functional team

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in franchise sales or working with franchise brokers

    Familiarity with Zoho One or similar CRM systems

    Experience working in a fast-growth, emerging brand environment

    Knowledge of franchise regulations, FDD delivery requirements, or the franchise sales process is a plus
