Position Summary: The Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Musicologie's growing network of franchise owners. This position is ideal for an organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others succeed. You will be a primary point of contact for franchisees, assisting with operational inquiries, providing resources, and ensuring they have the tools and information needed to deliver the "Simply Delightful Music Lessons" experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn Musicologie’s business, the franchise business in general, and contribute directly to the success of our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
New Franchisee Onboarding
- Onboard new Musicologie owners to various important online and vendor accounts.
- Help franchisees troubleshoot simple software and login issues.
- Collect and organize information from new franchisees.
- Coordinate between the franchisee, vendors and the broader support team to answer questions and solve issues.
Franchisee Communication & Support:
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine franchisee inquiries via phone, email, and internal communication channels.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding Musicologie's systems, policies, curriculum, and operational best practices.
- Assist franchisees with navigating proprietary software for scheduling, student management, and reporting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments as needed, ensuring prompt resolutions.
Resource Management:
- Assist in maintaining and organizing franchise support resources, including training materials, operational manuals, marketing templates, and FAQs.
- Help update guides and documents to improve franchisee understanding and self-sufficiency.
Operational Assistance
- Assist with data entry and reporting related to franchise performance and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule weekly calls, training sessions, grand openings and other support initiatives for franchisees.
- Collaborate with the entire Musicologie team, including the founders, software, marketing and training teams to deliver great support to all franchisees.

- ****Cultivate positive and supportive relationships with franchisees, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Contribute to a collaborative and helpful support environment.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the franchise development and operations teams.
- Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
- Able to get sh%t done with no drama.
- Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A simply delightful attitude and communication style.
- Very tech savvy, with proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com and AI tools.
- Excited to learn new software and systems quickly.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- A genuine interest in music education and supporting small business owners.
