Are you skilled in loan sales, processing, or another process-driven role, such as account executive, account manager, recruiter, business development representative, etc.? What You’ll Be Doing

· Manage client pipeline from loan packaging to loan closed/funded

· Provide guidance on loan program requirements including process, timing, and documentation

· Ensure all loan documentation required for lender credit approval is completed accurately

· Prepare and present loan request package to our network of lenders

· Update any third parties involved in process (franchisors and franchise consultants)

· Understand current lender policies and procedures, as well as current SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

· Establish lender relationships to effectively communicate client needs and negotiate upon clients’ behalf

Knowledge & Skills

· At least 1-2 years’ experience in loan processing, insurance, legal, or business operations

· Strong computer/technical skills- Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office

· Strong communication/interpersonal skills

· Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong professional and business writing

· Ability to analyze personal financial statements, credit bureau reports, business plans, interim statements, cash flow projections, tax returns, and bank statements

· Experience with Salesforce is a plus

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Communications is a plus
