  • Responsibilities

    The ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for managing the fiduciary information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist management and Ownership in making educated economic decisions about the company's future.  In addition, the Accounting Administrator provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

    Responsibilities will include:

    ·  All aspects of AP/AR, Payroll entry, Bank Statement reconciliation, Overhead & Job Cost invoice processing, weekly check printing as it relates to PSA Accounting Software and Sage Accounting Software;

    ·  Certified payroll/prevailing wage recording and tracking;

    ·  Maintain E-Tides online account and make quarterly online payments;

    ·  Insurance reviews;

    ·  Vendor compliance;

    ·  Office equipment and supplies: purchasing and maintenance;

    ·  Other duties as assigned

    *COMPETITIVE PAY AND BENEFITS 

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ·  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or five (5) years’ relevant experience in lieu of education

    ·  Accounting and Estimating Software experience, required

    ·  Computer Skills; proficient in MS office, required.

    ·  Sage 300 software experience, preferred
