    Your role as a jewelry consultant & customer service associate is to develop strong customer relationships while maximizing sales performance as a jewelry expert. You will work to meet the unique needs of each customer by listening, providing sales presentations based on the features and benefits of our products, closing sales, clienteling with existing customers for their ongoing needs, assisting with back-of-house operations, performing inspections and cleaning support to maintain the beauty of our guests’ merchandise, and providing exceptional service while helping team members do the same.

    The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service, performing and maintaining store administrative and financial processes, and maintaining a positive work environment.

    We will provide you with the training you need to be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our merchandise, represent our brand, and create an exceptional store experience for each and every customer. Our goal for our customers is to ensure each one receives the highest level of service; the experience YOU create is the reason for their return.  Our goal for you is to give you an employment experience like no other so you wake up and want to come to work every day!     QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ year of sales experience required.*
    • Luxury retail sales or service industry experience preferred.*
    • High performing and driven to achieve goals.*
    • Energetic & friendly team player.
    • Experience with providing a high level of customer service; 1-2 years experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Intermediate skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • Demonstrated ability with math: Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Accurately and efficiently process all merchandise, service, and informational transactions.
    • Ability to maintain customer relationships in a changing sales environment.*
    • Ensure accuracy and security for all financial, merchandise, and administrative functions.
    • Create, maintain, and distribute accurate and detailed administrative records according to Company procedures and direction.
    • Communicate with customers via email, interpersonal interactions, and via telephone.
    • Communicate issues or concerns through appropriate channels.
    • Constantly strive for personal development and improvement.
    • Assist in the weekly and monthly inventory process.
    • Assure that the shop work is ready for pick-up by the customers in a timely manner.
    • Once certified, assist with the Quality control process of the shop work so that the items meet the customer’s expectations.

    We are looking for both part-time and full-time Customer Service Associates. Must be willing to work weekends & Sundays during December.
