Compensation: $52,000 yearly + bonus (estimated $20,000+) opportunities, vacation, and medical Responsibilities: • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support • Oversee all contracts through closing  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards • Social Media and Email Marketing • Website management • Plan team and client events • Meeting Prep • Track and report numbers • Act as the first point of contact • Additional tasks as needed Qualifications: • Real Estate Experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Marketing skills - social media, print, and web-based • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Great ability to focus • Concerned about doing things the right way • Calm under pressure • Learning-based  • Service-based attitude • Proven ability to succeed • Willingness to obtain a Real Estate license • Independent thinker • Coachable • Strong Tech skills • Humble, Hungry, Smart Compensation: $52,000 yearly + bonus
