As a Farmers Insurance Agent, you're an independent contractor with the full support of our district office support team. If you believe your determination and energy will set the boundaries of your earning potential then you should APPLY TODAY. Many of our 3-5 year agents are EARNING $100,000-$250,000.

REQUIREMENTS We look for individuals who want to take control of their future and build a business for themselves.  Here are a couple of items we are looking for.

● College degree preferred, but not required.

● Sales & customer service & management experience

● Excellent communication skills

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Desire to be active in community

● Good financial report and no bankruptcies w/in the last 12 months

● Favorable criminal record with no felonies

● Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health insurance licenses (OR WILLING TO OBTAIN)
