    THE ROLE YOU’LL PLAY TO CREATE SUCCESS

    We are excited to announce a full-time BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by providing excellent customer service and performing administrative support.

    1. Answers incoming calls, screens, and directs.
    2. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
    3. Greets, checks-in, issues badge, and directs visitors to the corporate office. 
    4. Collects payment and distributes payroll information to clients. 
    5. Runs new-hire and termination reports.
    6. Accurately prepares, produces, and distributes workers’ compensation certificates and renewals for clients.
    7. Obtains written authorization from clients for additional charges.
    8. Communicates with clients in writing and by telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
    9. Maintains certificate files.
    10. English/Spanish Bilingual.
