    This Marketing Specialist position has lots of potential for contributing to our company’s success. You will collaborate with our internal teams to provide communications and website content for policyholders and potential policyholders. You will be charged with overseeing SEO efforts and organic traffic to the company’s websites. You will be a part of the branding team and provide your consultation and expertise for simple to complex projects. Your services will be in high demand, so prioritizing where and how to invest your time, as well as coordinating the efforts of your resources to get the biggest return is critical!

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

    • Develop, write and edit policyholder materials for website, brochures and other communications
    • Lead public relations and crisis communications efforts
    • Oversee website content, projects, and SEO efforts
    • Provide communications support for corporate projects, department projects and executive messaging
    • Serve on the branding team

    Required Skills

    SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    • Proficiency in oral and written communication
    • Proficiency in communications plan development, including project management, driving readership and personalization
    • Understanding of social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEO and marketing automation
    • Ability to take ownership, anticipate issues and work ahead to meet deadlines
    • Ability to multitask in high-demand, high-volume environment
    • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with key business partners and vendors

     

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
