Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist to assist with updating our CRM software. The primary role is to support the firm via a variety of data administrative tasks and customer service efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for part-time work with a flexible schedule. 20 hours per week - Hours must be M-F between 9-5. Responsibilities: • Contact and verify database information for Name, address, email, phone, and DOB • Enter correct information into multiple software systems • Update spreadsheets with each attempt made until completion Qualifications: • High School Diploma • Hardworking and enthusiastic self-starter • Attention to detail is key • Prior experience with data entry or customer service/telemarketing is a plus! This is an on-site position. Compensation: $17 hourly
