Responsibilities: • Support the Law Firm Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the firm; • Assist with the following Human Resources functions: recruitment, onboarding, and training; • Assist with distribution and association of documents utilizing client management software; • Provide support to legal assistants and case managers as directed by Law Firm Administrator; • Provide back-up to mailroom and reception functions; • Maintain a clean, safe environment; • Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • College Degree in a related field or AA plus 3 years of relevant work; • Demonstrated work experience and successful track record hiring and training employees; • Minimum of 2 years of office work experience or demonstrated interest in the law; • Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated experience; • Progressive level of responsibility in previous positions; • Bilingual – English/Spanish or English/Creole is a +. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
