Shift and Days of the week:

Monday - Friday

10:30 am - 7:00 pm

Duties: Must be detail oriented, paying attention to specific dietary requests, needs, blended diets, deconstructing meals into finger foods, great presentation skills, snacks, soft foods and mechanical diets.

Must be able to achieve great food presentation for residents with limited eating abilities and meet their needs with a high degree of success and creativity.

This position will require a high degree of cooking and creative skills, training in nutrition, blended diets, and how to take a daily menu and present in such a way as to be appropriate for people with some eating disorders is a must.
