SUMMARY:
Full-time Account Manager position based in Cincinnati, OH. Remote employment will be considered. Travel will be required for tradeshows and client meetings.
Generous compensation package commensurate with experience.

POSITION FUNCTION:
The purpose of the Account Manager position is to seek new clientele, handle accounts, and maintain customer relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have some proven experience in a related account management position.
- Must possess professional communication skills and enjoy meeting new people.
- Must have leadership abilities and willingness to work alongside fellow team members.
- Must be familiar with technology, proficient in Google Suite, quick to learn computer programs, and adapt to changing work environments.
- Must remain flexible and prepared to handle urgent matters beyond work hours.
- Existing e-commerce experience (Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, etc), while not required, will be very beneficial.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Network and find prospective accounts through social media, professional contacts, and independent leads. Reach out and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle outside sales, arrange and travel to scheduled meetings. Influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Obtain information about and attend trade shows as well as other means of increasing exposure for the company.
- Operate as the person of contact for matters pertaining to all accounts. Utilize account management software (CRM) and follow up in a timely manner. Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
- Troubleshoot and deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged.
- Coordinate with Director of Operations to ensure seamless launch of 3PL division. Maintain a productive working relationship with other department supervisors and coordinate responsibilities to assure that tasks can be accomplished without interruption.
