RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE

POSITION IS LOCATED IN LONG VALLEY, NJ

VICE-PRESIDENT OF SALES, shall be responsible for all territorial sales of the Frazier USA Standard Products Group and shall assume responsibility for the additional areas of Frazier’s sales force as may be specified by the President, excluding high rise sales and Canadian sales. In that role, Executive shall report to the President and be charged with and responsible for performing the following primary duties:

• DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPANY’S SALES REVENUE AND MARGIN WITHIN AND FOR THE AREAS OF SALES FORCE FOR WHICH HE IS ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITY

• DEVELOP PLANS AND STRATEGIES FOR DEVELOPING BUSINESS AND ACHIEVING THE COMPANY’S SALES GOALS

• MANAGE THE USE OF BUDGETS

• MANAGE THE SALES TEAMS, OPERATIONS AND RESOURCES TO DELIVER PROFITABLE GROWTH

• DEFINE AND OVERSEE INCENTIVE PROGRAMS THAT MOTIVATE THE SALES TEAM TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS

• DEFINE, MANAGE AND COORDINATE SALES TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT ENABLE STAFF TO ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL AND SUPPORT COMPANY SALES OBJECTIVES

• EXCEED CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS AND CONTRIBUTE TO A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• HIRE, TRAIN, DEVELOP AND MANAGE SALES STAFF

• PROVIDE DETAILED AND ACCURATE SALES FORECASTING AND RECORDS

• PUT IN PLACE INFRASTRUCTURE AND SYSTEMS TO SUPPORT THE SUCCESS OF THE SALES FUNCTION

• DEVELOP, SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE AND ACCURATE SALES RECORDS AND REPORTING SYSTEMS

• COMPILE INFORMATION AND DATA RELATED TO CUSTOMER AND PROSPECT INTERACTIONS

• MONITOR CUSTOMER, MARKET AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO COMPANY LEADERSHIP TEAM AND OTHER COMPANY FUNCTIONS

• WORK CLOSELY WITH THE MARKETING FUNCTION TO ESTABLISH SUCCESSFUL CHANNEL AND PARTNER PROGRAMS

• MANAGE KEY CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND PARTICIPATE IN CLOSING STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITIES

• TRAVEL FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS AND TO DEVELOP KEY RELATIONSHIPS

• SUCH OTHER SALES RELATED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT

Located In Long Valley, NJ beautiful country location with great school systems.

Relocation costs will be covered

Compensation will consist of salary, profit sharing, car payment, 401-K, 8% with company contributing 4%

Candidate will transition the roll over a period of time after learning the product and our sales organization.

Our current structure consists of Domenick Iellimo, EYP Sales.

Three Regional VP’s pacific, Mid-West and Eastern

The plan is for this person to eventually take over the roll of VP Sales over the entire organization.
