POSITION DESCRIPTION

This full-stack software developer position is focused on expanding and improving our manufacturing execution system (MES) software, which is developed in C#, Xamarin, and Vue.js.

This position will gradually take responsibility for all phases of implementation, including problem and solution scoping, development, database integration design, automated testing, and release management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Design new software features in collaboration with end users and other development personnel

·         Develop new features and enhancements

·         Design and utilize automated testing systems to minimize bugs and glitches

·         Repair software bugs and deploy patches

·         Advanced end-user technical (2nd tier) support

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·         C# - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a development role

·         Microsoft SQL Server – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a development role

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Patience and experience interacting with individuals at all different levels of an organization

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field

PREFERRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

·         Vue.js, or knowledge of another JavaScript framework like Angular, React, etc.

·         Xamarin Mobile Development

·         REST APIs

·         Experience with software testing including test driven development, automated testing software, etc.

WORK LOCATION AND RELATED

·         Long Valley, New Jersey, although fully remote candidates will be considered.

·         Full-time with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)

·         Only those currently eligible to work in the US should apply.

·         Travel: 10%

·         Candidates must pass a commercial background check.

·         Compensation negotiable dependent on experience and location.
