__POSITION OVERVIEW

Frazil is hiring a Machine Service Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing, sorting, cleaning, scrapping, and reconditioning used frozen beverage machines. Technicians also oversee the installation and repair of machines on-site with clients. During the busy summer months, technicians may travel up to 50% of the time.

Experience working with appliances, refrigeration, or HVAC preferred. This is a full-time career opportunity with benefits and PTO.

Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, have a clear driving record, and be comfortable lifting 100+ lbs.

STARING PAY: $20 -$24+

SAMPLE DUTIES:

• Diagnose, sort, clean and recondition used machines and parts (BUNN Ultra equipment mainly)
• Provide mobile response installations and service calls across the US as needed; arrange logistics with operations
• Decommission scrapped machines for disposal and spare parts
• Document job completion
• Welcome and professionally engage with customers during in-store projects to ensure expectations are met and the Company’s brand image is properly represented
• Support the in-store retail excellence refresh projects
• Monitor machine parts inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
• Develop and maintain high levels of knowledge of Company products
• Organize tools and clean work area

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of technical or vocational school a plus
• Refrigeration EPA certified preferred; will provide training for certification otherwise
• Ability to travel in the US up to 50% of the time during busy season (March – August); travel during the off season may also be required as projects require
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot; mechanical aptitude
• Desire to gain knowledge of business processes and use it to advance the efficiency and impact of the team
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
• Respond professionally in situations with difficult customer issues or inquiries
• Effective time management, organization, task prioritization and meet deadlines
• Strength to move / lift heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license
