    RESPONSIBILITIES - ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER:

    • Bring your 'A' game to work every day
    • Build, train, and support the sales team. Assist in closing deals.
    • Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
    • Monitor/manage the sales team's performance
    • Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
    • Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory
    • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above dealership standards

    QUALIFICATIONS - ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER:

    • Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
    • Team player and team builder
    • Energetic and motivated to succeed
    • Great leadership, communication, and customer service skills
    • Finance experience is helpful
    • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and professional appearance
    • Resilient, creative, and organized
    • Weekend availability
    • Bilingual is a plus!
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record
