What We’re Looking For: Fredericksburg Enterprises, Inc. is seeking self-motivated individuals with strong customer service skills and hotel maintenance experience to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry
• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs
• Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention Qualifications:
• Advanced vocational training plus two years of experience in general building maintenance or construction, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous background from the extended stay industry or apartment building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and equipment mechanics.
• Reading and writing abilities are required in order to receive instructions for the day and/or to read equipment manuals including safety information.
• Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.
• Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility.
• Will be required to regularly use commercial chemicals
• Carrying, lifting or pulling items weighing up to 75 pounds. Industry: Hospitality Employment Type: Full Time & Part Time
