    Job Description

    This position reports directly to the Manager of Foundations and Government Grants (MFG) and will heavily support strategic partnerships. The Research Fellow will help ensure critical administrative responsibilities are executed in a timely, efficient and professional manner. This role involves strategic thinking, passion for mission and the ability to thoroughly research complex and interconnected themes. Prior knowledge of trafficking and the international donor environment will be extremely helpful context for the successful candidate.

    Responsibilities

    • Supports prospect research.
    • Supports reporting efforts for new business development.
    • Drafts capacity statements in technical sectors related to trafficking to competitively position FTS.
    • Supports the development of presentations to analyze donor opportunities.
    • Conducts research on the interface between trafficking and domains of international development.
    • Monitors policy changes and developments and their impacts to TIP (Trafficking In Persons) programs.
