Position overview: We're seeking a strong CNC Tooling Rep to take on the position of Fabricator Operations Manager to support our sales & fabricator training efforts as we implement FreePower across the industry. As a Fabricator Operations Manager at FreePower you will play an important role in the onboarding and growth of our FreePower for Countertop solutions. The purpose of this role is to support countertop fabricators in the preparation, milling, and installation of countertops to ensure the highest quality implementation of FreePower. You'll also develop new processes to implement our tech into countertops through new tools, fixturing, and approaches that are trainable, scalable, and repeatable. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional end user experiences, including our engineering and sales team. You should have proficiency in CRM's (Hubspot preferred), customer management, technical understanding of CNC operations/ programming and communication. These skills will drive the successful implementation of FreePower in projects that set new standards in usability, responsiveness, and functionality when integrating wireless charging into everyday surfaces. You'll be the ultimate source of knowledge working with countertop fabricators all over the US and ultimately the world.
