The local Massachusetts operation is seeking to expand! Our franchise currently owns and operates 12 locations. This opportunity must be filled through Nov 1. this is not a summer only job. Year round employment availability for the right candidates. Responsibility and Duties Ensuring the club is opened and closed properly and all staff follow the daily routine via a check list. Overall cleanliness and maintenance of boats and office space. Greet members in a courteous and polite manner, assist them with any gear to their reservation. Complete a check in/out procedure with members making sure that all safety gear is accounted for and condition of the boat noted. Advise members of weather reports, high and low tides and time due back. Answer all members questions regarding boat operation. Fuel and report any condition discrepancies to management' Call wait list, cancel reservations and make same day reservations on an Ipad. Qualifications Veterans encouraged to apply Boating certificate a big PLUS! Be on time, Be polite, Be respectful Custimer service experience a plus. Can work at least 1 day (Saturday or Sunday) each weekend Familiar in marina operations
