    To supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned Freedom Boat Club (FBC) locations, while maximizing efficiencies using advanced planning and training. To further ensure complete member satisfaction through staff attitude, professionalism and work quality excellence. To provide Red Carpet Service to all FBC members. Lead and support each location by being hands on at clubs daily. Description | Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations including working dock shifts whenever necessary to help create lifelong fun memories on the water for our members and their guests by providing hassle free boating!

    Job Duties / Responsibilities:· Follow all SOP, safety precautions and procedures always. Lead by example, enforce company policies to staff and members. Provide Red Carpet Service to all members and their guests. Create dock staff application accounts. Train staff and managers. Order parts and supplies. Report when necessary to locations for Incidents. Ensure boat coverage and update systems. Continuous professional development. Perform other related duties as assigned. Communicate daily with Dock Managers and Director on Plan of the Day. Working dock shifts when needed. Approving staff hours in payroll system. Dock Level IT support – tablets, phones, wifi.

    REQUIREMENTS:· Work 5 days a week, one weekend shift each week. Keep and maintain a professional appearance. Ability to work outside in all conditions, sun, rain, cold, hot, wind. Knowledge of boat handling and minor maintenance up to 26’. Take and pass a current NASBLA approved class (within last 12 months). Consistently treats others with dignity and respect. Ability to be on call until all boats are secured on their duty days. Use appropriate resources to troubleshoot issues. Strong communication skills verbal and in writing. Always have a can-do attitude and a strong desire to be the best. Accountability – yourself, your team, the members.

    A true want to come to work and have fun is required and non negotiable! This is not a suit and tie company. Boat shoes, SPF and Sunglasses required!

    In season (April - October) tasks can include but not be limited to replacing broken pumps, propellers, wiring, operating boats 20-27', cleaning and maintaining the fleet, which may require hauling and trailering. You will be required to work weekends and holidays (with a rotating schedule, not every weekend) and in the off-season (November-March) transition to Monday – Friday.

    Off-season duties will include administrative preparation for the upcoming season, assisting FBC mechanics with shrink wrapping, painting hulls, winterizing boats, general boat maintenance and administrative tasks by direction.

    COMPENSATION PACKAGE (15-20k)Freedom Boat Club offers a wide variety of benefits including but not limited to, paid time off, health and dental, 401k (matching), phone reimbursement, fuel card, computer, company vehicle with fuel card.

    Salary range | $58 ,000 - $63,000 per year
