If you describe yourself as a problem solver and pride yourself on impeccable communication, we would love to talk! The Client Success Manager acts as "air traffic control" for our team. In summary, this role keeps the "planes" arriving and leaving on time while providing a joyful experience for our clients as they remodel the exterior of their homes. The Client Success Manager oversees administrative operations, lead handling and appointment setting, company and client records, and end-to-end client experience while supporting sales and production operations. Responsibilities: • Manage our CRM ensuring constant updates and continual progress throughout our entire process • Schedule and manage all calendars including sales and production • Lead Daily Huddle meeting for regular updates on active clients • Ensure inbound calls are answered between business hours and follow the lead intake process in CRM • Conduct set-up calls according to the pre-qualification structure provided, guiding prospects through our process and setting the sales rep up for success • Manage client onboarding process including welcome call, scheduling, and invoicing • Assist pre-production processes including sending work orders and ordering building permits • Assist in-production processes including confirming material placements, coordinate estimated delivery dates, secure regular updates from suppliers, and manage regular client communication • Assist pre-installation processes including ordering dumpsters and toilets, scheduling walkthroughs, and scheduling deliveries • Assist close-out processes including conducting satisfaction calls and sending final invoices • Create automations and processes in collaboration with the owner • Manage subcontractor pay-outs in Gusto Qualifications: • You like working with people • You’re a problem solver • You’re happy to embrace change • You pride yourself on communication • Conflict resolution is a breeze • You enjoy taking responsibility and feeling like a leader • You have motivation and drive • You have general business acumen • You value trust and take steps to build it • You value continuous learning • Experience working in an office environment (small business is a huge plus) • Administrative experience in construction, roofing, remodeling, etc. is a huge plus Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
