Project Managers and Assistant project Managers needed with experience in civil construction/gc construction experience

• Concrete work including foundations, retaining walls, walkways and sidewalks, curbs, waterproofing

• Excavation, trenching

• Non-hazardous industrial material hauling

• Site development- asphalt paving, concrete flatwork

• Masonry

• Interior commercial, carpentry, doors and hardware

• submittals

• schedules

• weekly meetings

• visit job sites in 5 boroughs

Salary up to $140k PM and $100k for APM including company paid medical/dental and 5% 401k match.
