RESIDENTIAL AREA SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a high energy AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) to lead a team of Energy Sales Consultants to the next level in our new market of Norfolk. The ASM __ will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and delivering on required targets as well as working cross functionally with other departments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Following a plan and strategy to accomplish area revenue targets
• Developing and training in-home residential sales team to improve sales skills
• Assisting in the recruiting and developing of new team-members
• Mentoring and coaching Sales Team to exceed sales goals
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of metrics like events, activities, etc.
• Participating in weekly team meetings as well as conduct locally as needed to scale team
• Preparing and presenting monthly forecast to Sales Director
• Working with Executive team on current market strategy
• Managing and prioritize daily workload
