RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Consistently act in the best interest of the company
Right-fit customers into the correct phone and rate plan package
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets
Maintain a detailed knowledge of Boost Mobile products and services lineup
Provide world class customer service
Perform all required opening and closing duties
Work diligently to perform all required tasks
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Reliable transportation
Outgoing personality accompanied with a positive attitude
Ability to provide superior customer service
Sales experience and/or experience in engaging customers 6 months - 3 yrs
Successful past employment history
High School diploma or GED
Bilingual is a plus
