    Contract / Project-Based Remote

    Baltic Born is seeking freelance content creators to produce on-camera user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with our brand vision. This is a project-based, remote role ideal for creators who are confident on camera, comfortable working with brand guidelines, and passionate about fashion-forward storytelling.

    What You’ll Do

    • Film engaging, on-camera UGC videos that highlight Baltic Born products, styling, and brand messaging.
    • Follow creative briefs, shot lists, and brand direction provided by our team.
    • Deliver edited content with on-brand styling, fonts, transitions, and music selections.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team on revisions or creative notes if needed.
    • Ensure content feels authentic while staying polished and aligned with Baltic Born's aesthetic.

    Sample Deliverables

    • 1–2 TikTok/Reels-style videos (15–30 seconds each) per project
    • Multiple outfit clips in one setting (styled by you or directed by us)
    • Voiceover, talking-to-camera, or trending audio execution
    • Vertical format, 1080x1920, clean backgrounds, natural lighting

    What We’re Looking For

    • Comfortable being the face of content – confident, clear, and engaging on camera
    • Experience with content creation for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
    • Skilled in basic video editing, with a keen eye for visuals, pacing, and branding
    • Ability to follow detailed brand guidelines (styling, fonts, music, tone, etc.)
    • Strong communication and time management skills – reliable delivery and open to feedback
    • Owns necessary filming/editing equipment (smartphone with HD video, lighting, editing software/apps)

    Compensation

    • Paid per project
    • Rates range from $100–$300+ per video depending on complexity and usage
    • Baltic Born retains full rights to all submitted content
