Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Dog Walker & Pamperer to join our team of dedicated pet care professionals. This role goes beyond basic walking — it’s about giving dogs the love, attention, and care they deserve. You'll be responsible for providing safe, structured walks, playtime, and gentle pampering such as brushing, cuddles, light cleaning, and administering treats or basic grooming (as appropriate).

Key Responsibilities:
Walk dogs safely and responsibly, adhering to route schedules and client instructions.
Provide personalized care tailored to each dog’s temperament, size, and energy level.
Engage in enrichment activities such as light training reinforcement, fetch, or sensory exploration.
Pamper pets with affection, brushing, towel drying (if wet), and calm handling.
Feed and hydrate dogs when scheduled or requested by clients.
Communicate with pet owners via written notes or mobile app updates, including photos and behavior observations.
Clean up after pets during walks and ensure hygiene standards are maintained (accidents, drool, etc.).
Monitor for signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes and report immediately.
Follow safety protocols for leashing, harnessing, and transporting pets, if applicable.
Support occasional light grooming needs such as brushing, wiping paws, or using pet-safe products.
Qualifications:
Genuine love for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
Previous experience with dog walking, pet sitting, or animal care preferred.
Must be physically fit and able to walk multiple dogs and distances in all types of weather.
Responsible, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both pets and people.
Must have reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to handle emergencies and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pet First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with basic grooming (brushing, nail trimming, etc.) or training is a plus.
Knowledge of dog body language and behavior.
